Subject: [Ipp] IPP Annual General meeting

Dear IPP members,

As you know, we'll be having our Annual General Meeting,
in conjunction with the CAP congress, in Moncton, on the
afternoon of June 7th.

The agenda for the meeting looks like:

1) Council Election Results                      5 minutes
2) Director's Report (Trischuk)                  20+5 minutes
3) Particle Physics at TRIUMF (Lockyer t.b.c)    20+5 minutes
4) Public outreach at Canada's labs (Pavan)      20+5 minutes

The meeting will be held in MRR-D202 (map still to be posted
on the CAP/Moncton website). It will be followed, at 16:00
by a joint session of the IPP and CINP (in MRR-R221 presumably
a somewhat larger room, nearby) where the out-going chair of
GSC19 (Howard Trottier) will report on the results of this
year's competition.
