Dear Colleague,
It is time to let me know if you wish to attend one of the following
major high energy physics conferences this summer:
The "International Europhysics Conference on High Energy Physics
(EPS-HEP 2001)" will take place on 12th-18th July 2001, in Budapest,
Hungary. (See http://www.hep2001.elte.hu/.)
The "XX International Symposium on Lepton and Photon Interactions at
High Energies" will take place 23-28 July 2001, in Rome, Italy. (See
http://www.lp01.infn.it/.)
If you plan to attend either of these conferences, please let me have
the following information as soon as possible. (Note: Please fill in the
appropriate information after the colon on each line.)

You are welcome to ask to attend both conferences, but please let me

together in time and space, I anticipate more such requests than we can
fill.
