Isabel Trigger Université de Montréal In the second phase of LEP, electrons and positrons collide at energies above the threshold for W+W- pair production. Two of the processes by which W pairs are produced in e+e- collisions involve the triple gauge boson coupling vertices, ZWW and gammaWW. The Standard Model makes precise predictions about the existence and strengths of the couplings of the electroweak gauge bosons. LEP II thus offers a very clean environment for direct measurement of the triple gauge couplings and allows us to probe and verify the non-Abelian nature of electroweak interactions. My talk will concentrate on the OPAL measurements, particularly in the channel where both bosons decay hadronically.
