Exciting dark matter: normal mass hierarchy vs inverted mass hierarchy

Fang Chen

McGill University

XDM model is invented to explain the INTEGRAL 511 keV line, however, whether the normal mass hierarchy XDM model can give the observed position production rate is in question. The inverted mass hierarchy XDM model, on the other hand, can easily give the right position production rate. I will talk about the detailed model building of the inverted mass hierarchy XDM and constraints from relic density, diffuse gamma rays and the CMB.
