Experimental HEP SeminarLHCb Experiment: An Example of Concrete AchievementAnnabelle ChuinardMcGill UniversityI will present a general overview of the LHCb experiment and devices. The LHCb research achievements will be illustrated with a concrete example of branching fraction and CP violation measurement realized in the context of my master thesis for the radiative B decay B->η K. I will present a new method to determine the correction to CP charge asymmetry due to kaons detection asymmetry.
