Non-equilibrium Physics of the Very Early Universe

Dmitry Podolsky

CITA

I am going to discuss physical processes in the very early Universe which take place immediately after the end of inflation but before the radiation starts to drive the expansion of the Universe. I will review several scenarios of preheating based on non-perturbative effects in the non-equilibrium QFT and mention features of preheating which may lead to observable effects in cosmology.
