Kubo Formulae for Second-Order Hydrodynamic Coefficients

We introduce first and second-order viscous hydrodynamics and assume that we have conformal symmetry then all possible transport coefficients in second order gradient expansion will be discussed. We understand hydrodynamic equations in curved space as an effective field theory in low momentum. This terminology aids us in deriving a set of general theory-independent formulae for these coefficients in terms of Green's function known as Kubo relations and we will argue about our results using these relations. e-Print: arXiv:1007.5333
