Eternal inflation and swampland conjecture

Ziwei Wang

McGill

With stochastic effects taken into account, the kinetics of eternal inflation is well studied by Langevin equation (or equivalently Planck-Fock equation). It is shown that eternal inflation is extremely difficult to get realized phenomenologically while satisfying the proposed string Swampland criteria. We will show such a group of eternal inflation meet different issues such as Bousso entropy bound violation, exciting problem, etc.
