Asset Management and Circularity at McGill
Stéphanie H. Leclerc
Procurement Services McGill University
McGill University has been gradually rolling out an asset management program
as a means to comply with governmental regulations and granting agency
requirements. As part of this project, many opportunities were also identified
to improve and redesign the lifecycle management of the University’s assets,
in support of sustainability objectives. In this presentation, I will give
an overview of McGill’s asset management framework and explain how it
relates to the University’s broader sustainability goals such as reducing
greenhouse gas emissions, and contributing to resource conservation through
greater circularity.
